We offer a 30 day free look period.  This will give you plenty of time to read through your policy documents and decide if the policy is right for you and your pet.  Should you want to cancel your policy within the first 30 days, we will refund your money entirely as long as no claims have been filed.

Additionally, you can cancel your policy at any time.  There are no contracts.  If you are outside of the 30 day free look period, you will simply receive a pro-rated refund.
