A policy lapse can cause your pet to lose their coverage. We understand things happen and offer reinstatement options for lapsed policies when a reinstatement request is made in writing along with a signed “No Loss Form” within 30-days after the original lapse or cancel date. If your policy has lapsed or been cancelled and you are wanting to have the policy reinstated, please email us with your name, pet’s name, and policy number so that we can help you with the next steps in the reinstatement process. Reinstatements are subject to underwriting approval.
